RecommendedI don’t think I’ve ever had more prompt or professional customer service in my life! After being left without hot water and heat for four days (2nd time in a row AmeriGas let my tank tun empty) and Amerigas not answering the phone, hanging up in the middle of a call, and unable to give me any estimation on time for tank fill… I called Newport propane yesterday morning at 8o’clock and they were at my house by 9 AM addressing the issue immediately! Hands down the best in the business! Whenever I’ve called the office the staff has been friendly and helpful. Our driver Donnie, is awesome! He’s very friendly and he even brought a package that had been delivered and dropped at the garage to the front porch for us. Great, reliable company!
