Stopped into this locally owned and operated business as a first time customer for some brake work, suspension repair, EVAP system diagnostic and an alignment. The work was completed promptly, explained thoroughly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area or if you are traveling rest assured you will find quality service at affordable rates.

They use used parts on cars they put used brakes on my car an had to replace them within a month also put a used air fan in my car for my A/C and charged me hard both times

I can assure you we dont use used parts. Every part we put on is bought at local part stores with lifetime warranties. If you have any issue with a part they are always guaranteed. Not sure what your issue is but if you had a bad part they have warranties.
I walked on off the street needing repairs done the same day. I dropped my truck off at 9:30AM and I got a call a little after 2 Pm to come pick ot up Great Prices and Workmanship. I will use them again
I was waiting until my car was 100% finished before I made my final review: I message the fb page on July 8th asking about prices and certain part I needed. They got back with me almost instantly, and had the part ordered for me that day. The next morning, I had my car towed to their shop. My vehicle made it 30 feet before the axel broke (I was originally just there to have the axel replaced because the cv joints went out), so they pushed it in the garage and began working on it. they do amazing work on vehicles
I only needed a tire mounted and balanced. They got me in and out in less than ten minutes. My car ran smooth on the way to work today. If it wasn't for them being open till 6pm I would of missed a days work. another tire shop in Newport overcharged me last week and forever lost my business. Pitt Stop charged me half and now has my business and ill be getting a alignment soon from them. I'll definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We were on a vacation trip and our brakes started smoking. This was the first shop we passed and decided to stop in. These guys stayed late to get us fixed up and went well out of their way to help us out.
