The staff were always friendly and helpful. However, I would caution anyone who is picking up a controlled substance. I was using Newport pharmacy for around 2 years, and the last 3 months of picking up Vyvanse I counted 8 empty capsules. I thought it was originally some sort of accident, but after I tried to switch pharmacies because of this (my doctor mistakenly sent my prescription to Newport) at the 3rd continuous month, I counted another 3 empty pills - I will not be picking up from here any longer. This is my go-to pharmacy for vaccines and prescriptions. Pharmacists and staff there are always very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I also appreciate that they have two bulletin boards for community announcements.
I needed some urgent medication as my flight is in the afternoon and the pharmacost was very helful. Their phone line was particular good, unlike other mainline pharmacies like cvs/ walgreen, I was able to speak to some one and not staying on automated line for aages
