The best pharmacy in all of Jersey City. The pharmacists are saints and go *above and beyond* to make sure people get the medicine they need. I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you!!!
Very disappointing customer service. Every time I come to Newport Pharmacy to pick up my medication, even when I call ahead or provide clear instructions, I still end up waiting unnecessarily. I am a working professional, and my time is valuable. A customer-facing business should understand the importance of respecting customers’ time and communicating properly when there is a delay.
