Dr. Waddell and his staff are always professional and kind.
I came in for a routine cleaning and was in and out quickly. They hygienist was very professional and courteous.
I've had a crown done recently... I have been in several times to have the permanent crown put on... However when I get there I'm informed that a new impression is needed.. This is a joke... Not only am I missing time from work having to lose wages but Dr Waddell doesn't seem to care about my time.. I hear him talking to the staff about unimportant personal stuff.. Not sure if I will continue my relationship at this office.
Everyone there is always so nice. I have never had anything but an excellent experience. Makes going to the dreaded dentist appointment like going to visit friends!!!! I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have only wonderful things to say about this office. I needed so much dental work on my teeth because they were so bad that my family was helping me financially. Sadly my family member has recently past away and the responsibility has been placed on me to keep up with my dental exams. They have a great plan for helping me with the problem. Since my income is low, I couldn't afford but so much extra monthly expense to be taken out of my bank account. They set me up on the smile saver plan that I could afford. It has made a ... read more
