What nightmare even to make an appointment. Asking my primary for a referal elsewhere.
Got a referral here from urgent care, they messed up their therapy orders. You can't get a hold of them and their hours aren't accurate. Called numerous times to get it fixed Gone in twice today to see if they took an extra lunch but nah entire place is closed for the day. Horrible experience
I went to Hoag ER and was referred to Newport Orthopedic in Huntington Beach. I called in, they verified my insurance and set an appointment. I filled out corresponding paperwork the day before my appointment. I had to take an Uber to the appt bc my injury limited my ability to drive. After Ubering to the clinic and waiting for an hour and a half I was told that my insurance would not be accepted. No referral was given. I saw Naomi for pain management. She was accurate with the diagnosis to alleviate my recurring pain. She was professional yet personable which was such a comfort to me. Resolution was easier and quiet managable. For me to get back to working out. Thank You!!!
