If you care about your loved one, go elsewhere! Edited: this business had the audacity to reply to us today, 5 months later, accusing us of no showing. There was no apology or yes, we can do better and we’re sorry . As you can see below, there was a quite detailed story as to my husband’s health issues and why he couldn’t make the appointment. They told my dad he had 75 oxygen and called the paramedics to take him to the hospital. Dad was sitting calmly, not breathing hard. Costa Mesa FD came and found the oxygen at 97. Also found that the office oxygen tank was empty. This was disgraceful. We drove home in shock. CMFD said he would be having a heart attack if his o2 was at 75.
