Wish I could give zero not one star. Couldn’t even get a simple ‘how are you?’ From ANYONE working??? They just ordered commands to me and didn’t try to engage even though I’ve been a client for the last year. Rude, cold, won’t be returning ever and definitely told everyone I know about the icy attitude and lack of bedside manner bc the women who work here lack such social skills, grace, and radiate hatred. Pocked my eye gardening and cut my cornea the Dr. came in on day off to help. The staff is awesome super helpful super nice. The Dr.’s are professional and very informative. Huge selection of glasses clean office and exam rooms.
Everyone at Newport Mesa Optometry is GREAT!! Wish I had more than two eyes so I could receive the great service more often. Definitely looking forward to my next annual exam. �
