1 Star review: Moving in here has been a major mistake. There are, recurring plumbing problems that management seems unable or unwilling to properly resolve. Water shutoffs have happened over 10 times in just a few months, disrupting daily life on a regular basis despite assurances that the problem was handled. Save yourself the frustration and rent somewhere else

This place is getting really good with a quickness....Helena is doing a GREAT JOB..this place is cleaning up so nicely with nice paved roads new locks etc...The units are big and spacious and I have never had not one cockroach. There are only the good bugs and critters outside here.
No recomiendo este complejo la Manager es muy delicada para todo manda mensajes es estresante que todo el día esté mandando mensajes y la lavandería está sucia siempre, la gente es mal educada y ratera y si uno se queja con la gerente te ignora pésimo el trabajo que hace la gerente no lo recomiendo la verdad.
Great location! The budtender Candy was super helpful. Good edible selection. Best dispensary in Costa Mesa! Will be back
