Jeff is a complete jerk. Terrible communication, arguing because he doesn't tell you anything but acts like he's God and we all know what he's talking about but hasn't said anything. Shows up only at 9 am and completely unwilling to come later. Other tech said he'd be showing up in the afternoon. Total jerk and doesn't even ask what is needed.
