Cool setting but just overpriced. I parked there for 5 hours and got charged for $32. Another problem is that you could only enter from vehicle entrance walking in. There is no pedestrian entrance.
Can't say enough good things about Ms. Lopez, and how easy/efficient she made this process for us. I expected to be there an hour, but she made it super easy and took care of everything for me right on the spot. Thank you very much, Ms. Lopez!
The male manager, not the two ladies, is very awful. Not to mention the attitude he had, you can never find him in office. I’m here for three times to get in contact with him and finally meet. I’m wondering where he is during his paid working hours. And he is not answering the phone which is given from the customer service. He says that the phone number is not his, but who know ;) funny little man
We recently moved into the Newport complex (Beach) and secured parking at the Jefferson Garage "online". Upon checking in at the Newport SP+ office to secure my FOB and magnetic windshield tag, I was informed that I couldn't select the Jefferson Garage as a tenant of the Beach Building. Jolly Patel came to my rescue and secured our Monthly Spot in the Jefferson Garage. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and a true problem solver. Thank you Jolly!
Y Lopez was extremely helpful, very professional when we were applying for a garage permit. Enjoyed talking to her. Lucky to have her as an employee!!
