We had fun but the quality and quantity of food fell short of the whole experience. The seafood plate had 3 scallops, 1 shrimp and 1 small piece of lobster. Of course, I don’t like scallops. I like all seafood except scallops but no description on site of seafood dish. Also tiny slap of veg on the side. The beef Wellington was ok but not made correctly. Beef was cooked perfectly but not a quality piece of meat. The chocolate dessert was my favorite part of the meal!!’
While the waitstaff on the dinner train was attentive and friendly, the overall experience fell drastically short of expectations, particularly for the $350 price tag we paid to celebrate our anniversary. I ONLY give businesses positive reviews. Grand Bellevue Rail Dining Experience gave my husband & I one of the best nights. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was Top Notch! If you're looking for something different & fun I 100% recommend the dinner & train ride with the murder mystery dinner theater. My compliments to: the chef, the staff, & the actors.
Save your hard earned money and don't bother dining on the rails with this organization. You are better off riding along on Thomas the Choo-Choo train instead. Even the trolley to the Neighborhood of Make Believe is a better experience than the Grand Bellevue.
