Sylvain is detail oriented and does great work. He's also a general contractor so can do more than just handyman items.
Sylvan did a great job. He removed an old exterior door and broken frame. He reframed and installed a new door. He arrived on-time, worked quickly and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would highly recommend Sylvan.

Contractor identified excellent electrician for initial work. Electrician found a major safety problem in system hidden for 35 years. This necessitated identifying a second electrician familiar with repair to high amperage wiring. Contractor styed on top of the coordinated repair and completed project quickly. In addition, a major structural repair was also completed quickly. Communication and punctuality were superb.
Arrived on time Fixed our French Doors very efficiently and quickly Did a nice job on the electrical stuff Even added the install of a wireless doorbell - we haven't had one of those in a long time
