My husband and I hadn't had Newport Creamery in what felt like forever, and decided to grab lunch as we were passing by the Greenville branch. We were welcomed in and sat at a booth right near a large window with a view of traffic as it flowed. I decided to try the new "fresh summer salad" they were offering on their specials menu, and my husband had the tuna melt, both of which came out in just a few minutes. Filthy. Floors were sticky, food on the floor, ICE cream was half melted and it took 30 minutes for 2 banana splits restaurant was not crowed there was 4 ppl including us in the place. No manger to talk to .. we got sat right next to the kitchen. When u get up u can see it was filthy floors just gross. All my life I been in restaurant business I never seen one this bad in long time. Ps make sure u take ur own toilet paper and stuff bathroom out of stock. Plz clean the bathroom it needs it.
