They made me go to the Toyota dealership bc I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. When I checked it into Toyota I was told the battery was under an 18 month warranty so I didn’t need another warranty on top of thr warranty I already had! It was an H6 battery that had a dead cell, rendering the vehicle completely disabled and requiring a tow to Toyota dealship where the battery made the entire service center smell like rotten eggs. Terrible place
Took it in to get somebody work done after and accident they lazily painted the entire grill red instead of the red and black it was supposed to be and all of a sudden the headlight they replaced wouldnt turn on they claimed it wasnt their fault and id have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Mind you that headlight worked even after the accident just lazy and terrible service
Worst experience of my life there customer service it’s the worst they never answer the phone if you need updates you have to drive all the way in to the shop. just so they tell you some excuse why they haven’t done anything to your car. I had to get a rental because they told me it was going to take them 1 day 1/2 to fix my car but that became over a week and nothing was done. So we decided to get our car out of there and take it to another place time wasted an money so I really hope you fine a different option we’re people... read more
