Only reason I ended up here is because of the hospital list for newborns and pediatricians. My experience here was horrible. The waiting room is tiny and is constantly full. The nurse that took us into our room was clearly sick and dint even attempt to wash her hands or use gloves before handling my 2 day old. Once we finally met with the pediatrician the appointment felt very rushed and hurried along. As we proceed to leave and get documentation for the blood work weneeded todo. 2 stars of 5. 1- parking is great and nice building 2- good doctors They are always behind the schedule. I usually make my appointments around 10am-12pm and I ALWAYS wait at least 30 min (I like to be there 15-10min early) once I waited 1 hr. Thru the phone is the same. Takes a while to get someone. Docs are good! I like them very much. I can’t say for all staff but there are one who are rude specially after hours. Very long wait even you have appointment, they can’t fit too tight schedule for patients, otherwise the experience for customer will be bad! We used have good experience with doctor there, but this time was kind rush, sitting waiting room more than 20 mins waiting and whole waiting only one before us! after your turn still waiting at least 15 mins wait before you see the doctor, nurses was very rush and careless experience with!
