2 stars of 5. 1- parking is great and nice building 2- good doctors They are always behind the schedule. I usually make my appointments around 10am-12pm and I ALWAYS wait at least 30 min (I like to be there 15-10min early) once I waited 1 hr. Thru the phone is the same. Takes a while to get someone. Docs are good! I like them very much. I can’t say for all staff but there are one who are rude specially after hours. I just had a virtual appointment at 6pm and the doc said they are going to call me to schedule the in person ap... read more
Very long wait even you have appointment, they can’t fit too tight schedule for patients, otherwise the experience for customer will be bad! We used have good experience with doctor there, but this time was kind rush, sitting waiting room more than 20 mins waiting and whole waiting only one before us! after your turn still waiting at least 15 mins wait before you see the doctor, nurses was very rush and careless experience with!
