I really don’t have anything bad to say about the staff or doctors they’ve all been fine, But this is the second time I’ve taken my child to this office for something unrelated to any illness and the the next day they are sick as a dog. I get that kids are gross and touch everything but i try to keep it to a minimum and have them wash hands after we leave. They are obviously not sanitizing the waiting areas or the patient rooms because that’s insane that I’m in a space for about 4hrs and now my kid has some crazy sounding co... read more
The front desk is very unprofessional, and not responsive. They are not helpful and will put your phone on hold forever. You can't even change schedule with them.
Only reason I ended up here is because of the hospital list for newborns and pediatricians. My experience here was horrible. The waiting room is tiny and is constantly full. The nurse that took us into our room was clearly sick and dint even attempt to wash her hands or use gloves before handling my 2 day old. Once we finally met with the pediatrician the appointment felt very rushed and hurried along. As we proceed to leave and get documentation for the blood work weneeded todo.
