Why is the admin staff just so unbelievably worthless. It’s been years of the same old thing. They can’t handle anything in this office. The only reason we stay is because of the doctors. Why do we as parents have to do their jobs? There is one medical record department for CHOC. There are multiple practices and only ONE ER department. There is only one medical records department with one phone number, one fax number and one email address. So why is the staff asking parents for this information? Dr. Rebhan is the best! We love the way she really cares about our kids. She knows them by name, and they enjoy going to their appointments because of her. We highly recommend Dr. Rebhan!
