I think the doctors nurses ALL STAFF at Newport Surgical Center TOP KNOTCH AND GR8t caring professionals. I’ve been going now since January for treatment of a Maritime work related accident and I HONESTLY feel I’ve been blessed to have Professionals LIKE THESE AT NEWPORT SURGICAL treating me.
I just want to report the receptionist that took my cousin´s call yesterday tuesday february 27th around 1:13 pm PST, was extremely racist, she just heard his accent (latino accent) and she simply said "No, thank you" and hang up on him and we had a huge emergency. I hope the manager or supervisor can do something about this situation, the patients (or clients, if you will) deserve better
Comfortable waiting area, efficient care & quick and easy check in. Patient care was great, knowledgeable, experienced, caring staff.
I don't remember anything after pre-op (I was given Versed), but Melissa was amazing. Thank you for the warning about the Decadron too 😉 My husband assured me my recovery nurse was also great but it's all fuzzy to me.
I am a chronic pain sufferer and I get regular epidurals to ease my pain . I have been coming to Newport Center surgical since it opened the only place I go to. Dr Mills and his staff are phenomenal!
Nurses are fantastic and it was a quick in and out back surgery procedure!
