****** was the person who sold the contract. I requested to connect with his manager, it was ****, who absolutely has no work ethic, extremely rude and unprofessional very accusatory and harass you right and left. Never get back to my messages and requests to talk to "a manager" for 4 weeks until after there is a disaster after disaster in our backyard. NO SUPPORT AFTER THE SALE. In the Fall of 2018 the job was completed and it looked good. However in the Spring of 2019 things started to look odd - the watering appeared to be indifferent dry spots in some places and swampy in others. We had them turn on the system in the spring - (It is under warranty) We contacted them repeatedly and asked for further assistance (texts shown below) and to look over the system to insure it was operating properly. The install of the landscaping went very well and we added a bit to the total to take care of structural issues around the garden. In real life the road is rarely straight and the story very short. We started having issues with plants looking stressed and we were communicating those with Newport Ave but the real problem behind our plantings didn't reveal themselves till this winter/spring so we lost a good percentage of the plantings. Pretty much the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Had them attempt to do a fairly large job ($10K) and they screwed up almost every facet. Starting with six+ weeks to get the bid to the very last day (and their repeated returns to fix issues) I was shocked at the incompetence. If I wasn't here to oversee the work they'd have spent twice the time repairing their mistakes. Too many issues to list but they really didn't have a clue. Don't waste your time calling them.

We use Newport Avenue Landscaping for maintenance, they were the only landscaping company in Bend (that we called) that actually answered the phone. They always show up when they say they are going to and are more attentive than other companies we've used in the past.
