Awful management .. property has gone to SHIT ..
Use to love it here … but this whole transition is a nightmare ! No trash pick up .. green pool … parking spots being taken …. No management .. no maintenance … no accountability .. what a shame Maritza and Joe had this place smooth and clean and now we as residents have to suffer
I've been trying to call the office during regular business hours, but no one's picking up. Im having issues with the LOFT Living app (slow app) then I call customer support to find out the community portal is no longer active... I need to make my payment since yesterday
As someone who is relocating from another state, Maritza sure made it easy to get into an apartment. She has worked with me from afar as well as face to face and it is always pleasant. Thank you for making this transition simple for us!
