If you’re looking for a place that has good reasonable rent NewPort Apartments is a great place to rent. All of the neighbors are really super nice and very friendly. The grounds even with the construction is very well kept up.
If you’re looking for a place, that’s really beautiful landscape and wildlife this is a place for you if you’re planning on having any guests over that have. Dogs or cats they are not allowed to visit unless they are on your lease. Even if the dog or cat is only going to be for a couple of hours or even a couple of days, they are not permitted unless they are on your lease . Great place to live quiet, with an amazing location
Emma and Andrea provided excellent customer service after issue with screening partner- They use RentGrow for tenant screening, and if RentGrow reports outdated information, it might take a long time resolve it. But management went above and beyond to help Emma provided a great tour and answered all questions in detail! The amenities look very nice! There are some things to consider such as no/minimal elevators but I personally don’t mind it
I visited the property and I must say Emma from the Rental Office was extremely helpful showing me the available units and patiently answering all my questions. The layout was very good and price was reasonable. The pool looked clean and nice and there seemed to be plenty off parking spaces A few caveats: 1- Apartments do not have in unit Laundry, however, there is a laundry room centrally located 2- The 1-bed units I saw looked clean and nice but a little small. 3- There are no elevators except in one building which will be... read more
