I have lived in Newport Apartment since December 2020 Properties always nice and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The residents are really nice. The rent is really reasonable. The landscaping is beautiful and the newly renovated patios and stairwells look really nice. Inside the units are really nice too. The only thing I can say is I wish there was a little bit more insulation in between the walls so you don’t hear the neighbors that much and if you live on a downstairs unit or second floor unit I wish there wer... read more

If you’re looking for a place that has good reasonable rent NewPort Apartments is a great place to rent. All of the neighbors are really super nice and very friendly. The grounds even with the construction is very well kept up.
If you’re looking for a place, that’s really beautiful landscape and wildlife this is a place for you if you’re planning on having any guests over that have. Dogs or cats they are not allowed to visit unless they are on your lease. Even if the dog or cat is only going to be for a couple of hours or even a couple of days, they are not permitted unless they are on your lease .
