The leasing office provides you good customer service only till you sign the lease. Once you become a tenant, there is 0 accommodation or consideration offered. Things to consider: 1. Always loud and constant construction 2. Management sends threatening emails and notices for no reason 3. The laundry room is dirty all the time I know I won’t be renewing when my lease is up, there’s much better options in the area where you truly are treated as a valued tenant.
I have lived in Newport Apartment since December 2020 Properties always nice and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The residents are really nice. The rent is really reasonable. The landscaping is beautiful and the newly renovated patios and stairwells look really nice. Inside the units are really nice too. The only thing I can say is I wish there was a little bit more insulation in between the walls so you don’t hear the neighbors that much and if you live on a downstairs unit or second floor unit I wish there wer... read more

If you’re looking for a place that has good reasonable rent NewPort Apartments is a great place to rent. All of the neighbors are really super nice and very friendly. The grounds even with the construction is very well kept up.
