Don't move here!!!! It is full of lowlife wannabe gangsters due to the fact that to fill the units almost every floor is full of section 8! Car break in pot smoke and homeless people everywhere. Owner seems to enjoy watching hard working peeps living next to people who pay almost no rent and spend every day at video lotto. Be careful in garages as homeless try to run in or are LET IN by their buddies. It looks nice but I can't get out of here fast enough. It's a shame because the Owner not Dillon is the issue.

The apartments here are amazingly up to date, and they always install new carpet before someone moves in, no matter the condition of the privious one. Safe car parking and small storage rooms availible.

This is a nice newer ( 2010?) modern style building and the floor plans and interiors are some of the best we've seen in our 2 years of moving state to state every 8-9 months because of work. Dillon is a very approachable and gracious manager who works hard at making the residence experience a positive one. You know you've found a good place to live when the staff have been around for many years , this includes Dillon in the front office and Don the maintenance supervisor.
