I Googled "plumber" because my hot water was having problems. Based on reviews, I chose Newpoint service , and luckily, I made the right choice. Matthew was very professional; he found the problem in just a few minutes and quickly fixed it – fantastic work! Their quote was really reasonable. I 100% recommend them👍😘
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Newpoint hot water to replace my hot water system tank. James and Gabriela were very professional and solution oriented. James was punctual and provided me the right advice and options at a fair price. Highly recommended
Best price, great service, prompt delivery. Definitely 5 star.
Very satisfied with James & Matt’s installation of our new Rheem Stellar gas hot water tank. They were professional and Newpoint’s pricing was competitive and transparent. Gabriela was very helpful answering questions and we’re grateful they were able to get our hot water back on within a day of calling!
Newpoint Hot Water provided outstanding service from my first contact right through to installation. The office team was friendly, professional, and helped me save money on the Thermann 26L system compared to other quotes. The installer was punctual, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Overall, their combination of great pricing, smooth communication, and high-quality work makes them easy to recommend.
