I had Laura Kimball and she was absolutely amazing. She was an amazing help. I truly feel much better now after having her as my therapist!
You can never get ahold of anyone! My first appointment was early December and I have lost count of how many times I have called, texted, and emailed since nobody followed up with me after my first appointment. I finally got ahold of someone on the 30th and was booked a temporary appointment to make sure insurance would approve what I needed... she said to call back to make sure it did after the 1st, but now I can't get ahold of anyone, AGAIN. This is an amazing place to go for counseling. The staff is so welcoming and helpful, and the therapists here are very professional and compassionate. After just a few sessions, I feel like a weight has been lifted. They even have a psychiatrist here that has been so helpful with getting my medication, so thank you NewPath!
