They so lame... They let me drive off in a car I was soooooo happy and satisfied!!! This was my first time having a car note. Come to say they let me drive off b4 the bank approved!!! So basically I had to give my car back!!! It was 96 degrees outside I was so pissed!!! Worst experience ever for a first time buyer!!! I don't recommend them to anybody!!!! Terrance Taylor told me out of 5 banks 1 approved when really none approved. How could they do such a thing!!! Ugh!!!
Horrible dealership,RUDE employees, NEVER I REPEAT NEVER take your vehicle here they don't care about their customers... They had my truck for 3 days for a recall to replace a fuel filter/heater also my mother went to have her oil change here and she waited 5 hours for a oil change and a coworker of mine son bought a car their drove it home and didn't have a drop of oil in it... I will never recommend this dealership ever.
My son called the dealer to see if a vehicle was there that was listed online and the salesman told him yes. So my husband drove from Macon to Newnan to see the truck and was told that they had just sold the truck.. So on the way back home my husband decided to call the place and ask about the truck just to see what they would say so the salesman told him that the truck was there on the lot so my husband said to the salesman that he just left there and was told it was sold. 9-21-16 Wanted to write another review but looks like I am only allowed one so I will just edit this one.... once again I can't brag about these guys enough. Brandon, Nikki, George, and the service dept have always taken care of my jeep but in the past 2 days I also made my first purchase with the Sales Team on a used 2016 Ram Big Horn. I was pleased until after the purchase. That's when customer service went out the window. My salesman hasn't returned my call from 10 days ago. And it's been well over a month and I still haven't gotten my tag. I call every two days and they tell me it will be there in two days, every time. I wish I would have checked their Better Business Bureau rating before going there. It's an F, due to poor customer service. Shocker.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! We were basically forced to buy the extended warranty to get the financing we needed on my sons truck. A week after purchase, when supposedly the truck was thoroughly inspected, had a mechanical issue warranty didn't cover. Six mths later had another mechanical issue warranty didn't cover. According to our paperwork, we can cancel warranty and get pro-rated refund back.
