Dr. Patel and staff did a great job with good and accurate information.
I was seen by Dr. Patel recently for some dental problems. The office had a really strong musky smell which was gross?? I my cleaning and she was nice, but the instruments looked dirty. Then SHE came in for the exam. I really felt like she was rushed. She was very rude to the lady that cleaned my teeth she kept snapping at her. I felt bad for her. After she was done and left the room I could hear her in the hallway being really rude and demeaning to her receptionist. I won’t be back!
Never a wait. Kelly is wonderful to work with. I feel like I am catching up with a friend. Very professional.
The staff is excellent at adjusting to the ability of a patient to cope with the overall dental experience in their office.
The service is great! The doctor & staff are very knowledgeable, very friendly and eager to help with any dental issues you may have. Willingness to work with you for appointment times. And my teeth look GREAT!!
