Very good, courteous and efficient, as usual
It seems since we have a pre paid program not a lot of attention is done. Example, Usually, we get a report on breaks or other stuff, this time not only we didn’t any information nothing was mentioned. When i asked, they said yep was done. But how when tires were not taken off? Unfortunately, Volvo has fallen away behind when it comes to service vs other manufacturers and this is based on our experience! 10 years and two cars from Volvo, not purchasing another one!
New to Newmarket so first time at this dealer. Service was fast and the experience was good. Call runs like a top. I found my new Volvo dealer.
The owner of this business is a very honorable and kind man, very meticulous, very attentive to the problems of the employees as well as the customers who visit this company, and in my opinion, they are excellent.
We bought an XC90 from Newmarket Volvo. We had the most amazing sales person in Daniel. He was able to explain everything about the car, very personable and helped us to get the best out of the deal. We would highly recommend both him and Izzy, and the amazing gentleman who organized our finance for us! We picked up our car and it was spotless, everything explained to us and the remote start app installed with ease. Thank you so much.
