I had a terrible service experience at the dealership. Upsold on tire alignment without an explanation on the consequences of alleged misalignment. They also charged 2.5 hours of labor for 1.5 hours of actual labor (apparently it's a flat rate for the task even if it only takes half the time e.g charged 1 hour for tire alignment even if it only takes 20 minutes to complete)
Once again Mox and his service crew delivered quality support & service. Thank you.
