Dr. Lam seemed polite at first but was horrendous. He seemed to be on a power trip because I came in specifically about trap botox and for cortisone shots in my feet - he got upset and said he’s not a mechanic. Said he needs people to have an open mind, that this could be a long journey, and if I don’t want to do nerve blockers which he said is easier then I should go elsewhere. This is an incredible clinic. Why? Because the receptionists are phenomenal, book and refer quickly and accordingly, and have a positive demeanor. The doctor is fantastic. Why? Because he actually listens, understands, and is incredibly brilliant and highly educated, and successfully injects, with ultrasound guidance into the feet! No more foot pain after 7 years!
