Extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. On September 14th, I received a call from the clinic to book an appointment for my mom on September 21st. I was given an exact appointment time, which I communicated to my mom. My mom drove all the way to the clinic today, only to be told that there was no appointment booked for her and no referral on file. Dr. Lam seemed polite at first but was horrendous. He seemed to be on a power trip because I came in specifically about trap botox and for cortisone shots in my feet - he got upset and said he’s not a mechanic. Said he needs people to have an open mind, that this could be a long journey, and if I don’t want to do nerve blockers which he said is easier then I should go elsewhere.
