I needed to update to a newer vehicle so checked out several dealerships but settled on Newmarket Mitsubishi. From the start Nino was very helpful with info that I needed and after I picked a vehicle that I liked he was able to thoroughly explain every detail. The whole process was very good. Everyone there knowledgeable and very professional and put me at ease through the whole thing. I would recommend Newmarket Mitsubishi if you're looking for a new vehicle.
I recently bought a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse from the Newmarket dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Ms. Melika was my salesperson, and she was absolutely amazing—very helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me through everything with great patience. I can also talk about after-sales service. Great help from Gordon with my flat tire on brand new Outlander under 2 months. Falken tire manufacturer covers the cost of the tire itself which is also good. Gordon went through all the claim work so I got the tire replaced with labour cost only! Great service!

Absolutely would not recommend. After purchasing a "certified" used vehicle from this dealership near the end of last year, I was burdened with an expensive repair just shortly after (about 2-3 weeks after the date of purchase). The vehicle should have never passed a safety inspection as per the criteria outlined by Ontario's Ministry of Transportation. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and providing me with reasonable compensation for such a costly repair, this dealership refused to acknowledge their mistak... read more
