Fatima was an outstanding service advisor from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure all my concerns were addressed without any pressure. The service experience was smooth, efficient. Additionally the car wash was a great touch and made the experience even better. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend Fatima to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-tier customer service and concerns.
Utterly disappointed and frustrated with this dealership’s service. They opened my mom’s third-party key after assuring her they could fix it. They were unable to fix the key, yet still charged her anyway, justifying it by saying they still attempted to fix it. She only authorized the service because they clearly told her they could fix it, which makes this even more upsetting. Service department has provided one of the worst experience starting from technician and administrative department ( including General Manager ). I did just an oil change and technician did not preform his duties professionally and QA did not verify his job , so far, technician forgot to install the oil cap cover . I realized about it after diving more than 50 km. And oil was covering all the car’s components outside of the motor engine . I always come to Mitsubishi Newmarket for all my car repairs and services. I had such a great experience with Fatima who is part of the service team. She provided excellent customer service and is very friendly and welcoming. Fatima and the service team at the dealership always do a great job, keep up the good work 👍🏼.
