Great service from Hamed. From our initial visit he was very friendly and informative. He was patient in answering all of our questions. On pick up day he took his time making sure I understood all the new tech in the car, how the trunk operated, how to move seats, basically every part of how the car works, he went through with me so that I felt very confident driving it. I had a very disappointing experience at Hyundai Newmarket's service department today. I brought my car in for a simple brake inspection, and they claimed my front brakes were down to 1mm and the rear brakes were at 3mm, stating that they were in critical condition. They then tried to charge me $2,000 for repairs. I decided to get a second opinion, and another reputable mechanic confirmed that the front brakes are actually at 3mm and the rear brakes are at 5mm—both of which are still in good condition.
