I’m very disappointed purchasing a Newmark home. Very bad quality home and you have to deal with most unprofessional employees. At the beginning, no contract was sent but asked for earnest money deposit. This money’s non refundable doesn’t matter what. If you’re going to buy a home, be sure to read the contract carefully.
