We paid our earnest money last February 2021 for building our home in Austin, TX. There’s hardly been any progress so far. The agent James Haugen promised us that the house will be delivered in 12 months after the first agreement. And now it’s been already more than a year and not even half the work has been completed. They don’t have labor, equipments, material unlike all other builders out there. This company is a completely scam and irresponsible!!
