I have to redo my review, because after this whole ordeal got over with it has definitely changed. First off the buying process was smooth. Susan did a great job doing our paperwork and talking us through everything. And because of that I will leave 2 stars. But when it comes to the owner Butch, there is something seriously wrong with him. Once my home got delivered to the park I got a chance to look at everything really good. I am looking/ shopping for new mobile. Owner I believe Butch Newman showed me a home . He is very knowledgeable and been in busy many years. I recommend checking busy out.
Butch and Susan have been excellent! We love our home and they made the process smooth and not stressful. Definitely give them a call if your looking for a mobile home.
This will be my second home we have purchased with Newman’s Homes! He is so easy to work with tells you what you need to fix to start on your journey of owning a new home. Most of all I love his selection of homes!
