As a family member of a resident at Newman Loft Apartments for adults 55+, I am truly impressed by this community. Although I don’t live there myself, I visit often, and each time I’m struck by how warm, welcoming, and well-maintained everything is. My grandmother has been living at Newman Lofts the last three years. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the people and management are in this building. Jennifer and Pam, the managers are accommodating, kind, and you can tell they care about the residents that live here. They have made renovations to the lobby including adding two fountains, more decor, and a coffee machine. The building is always clean and the outside is well kept and maintained. I returned to mid Michigan after 41 years on the east coast. As soon as I visited Newman Lofts and met Jennifer in the front office, I knew this would be home. Both Jennifer and Pam are so incredible. I have never met people who care more about their residents and want to ensure a positive experience for all! What more can I say about Newman Lofts living that you haven't heard, because it is all true. We have only been here five month and find living here is very convienent for shopping, dining, hospitals and doctors, parks, concerts, and all downtown and MSU events. Apartments and building are clean and well maintained with friendly management and residents.
