Not sure how the actual counselors are, but the front desk service is horrible. Called them 3 times, left voicemails and nobody has ever called me back and it’s been 2 weeks
1.Sandra Weaver If you’re looking for someone to JUST listen to you, Sandy works. I saw her for quite sometime and I thought that things are just like that. NOPE. I found an actual therapist that uses different methods and gives advice and even gave me tips and tricks on how to handle panic attacks. I even got book suggestions to help me work on myself. If you issue is exigent, please do not contact them. After 5 contact attempts and over 1 week, I received a curt email reply from only of the clinicians, and as yet nothing from the office manager. If they are not accepting clients or unable or unwilling to handle a case or an age group, a prompt response would allow the inquiring party to seek help elsewhere. Not what I would consider professional behavior.
