Woke up to 27 degree weather and no heat. Since I have a hybrid HVAC system (propane heat), it has a few unique dynamics that other systems don't have and I wanted to ensure the technician was able to properly evaluate the system. Called Newman who ensured they would send a qualified person - and within the hour he showed up. Our heat pump stopped working.I called Newman Air and they sent Jake who came quickly on a agreed time. He was pleasant and diligent in fixing several problems he found.Our home is now warm again. I will use Newman Air again when needed. They will also send a tech on Sunday but at a higher price.. Bob C
