I went to the place for waxing and facial and Saida attended me. She is so polite and experienced in her work and has quite good knowledge of her work. I am so happy with the service of newluxe salon. The important thing they accept my appointment on same day on just one call and didn’t disappoint me and the place is clean and comfortable. ‼️Edit: They responded in a disgusting and unprofessional way, see screenshot. Would never recommend anyone go. Only now does it say “temporarily closed.” If they weren’t available then, they should’ve disclosed that instead of making their clients call and being unresponsive in return and then finally responding, but in a horribly rude manner.
