I had a really positive experience with New Life. Initially, I was quite skeptical and nervous about the whole process, but Dr. Rim Alkurdi was incredibly patient and kind. This location is the best. All the staff is very caring and kind. The receptionists and the team whose getting blood are really gentle and kind. Samia mostly did my ultrasounds which were really gentle and comfortable. She is really friendly and helpful. Thank you team so much
My friend had a very disappointing experience with this fertility clinic. Despite multiple requests, they continued to keep outdated information about her previous partner in their system. it's extremely concerning to go through such a sensitive process when the clinic can't even manage basic patient data update. it raises serious concerns about their attention to detail and professionalism.
