I cannot recommend New Life Fertility Clinic based on my experience. Our appointment was prematurely cancelled because the clinic failed to record our correct phone number. Instead of acknowledging what appeared to be an administrative error on their end, the staff immediately blamed us. There was no accountability, no apology, and no genuine effort to resolve the situation.
