This is the best location! Everyone is soooo great and friendly at this clinic. I m soooo sad that they are closing this location, other locations aren't convenient at all. Why did the management decide to close this location? This location has lots of patients too, it is soooo not fair to those that are having treatment.
This is one of nicest fertility clinic in kitchener, but unfortunately I have heard this will now be open only 3 days in a week. This is not fair at all. When few months ago the technician was away I was going to Milton every other day which was not easy with work. Please think about Waterloo and kitchener people and keep it open all 5 days.
Love this location. Jenny is so sweet! I’m so scared of needles and blood work. She keeps me calm she’s really great! :)
Great facility with amazing staff. Bloodwork with Jenny is painless.
I love the ladies at this clinic. I am not the easiest patient but they are kind and understanding. They treat you like an intelligent person and will discuss everything with you. Courtney is by far my favorite nurse who always has time to answer my questions. Honestly they are the only I've stuck it out with newlife.
