I'm in the same boat as all these other complaints unfulfilled warranty request going on 3-years and nothing has been done about it. What I think is funny the BBB revoked New Leafs Accreditation; however if you look on their website they are still saying they still have their Accreditation. It's that false advertsiement? I guess I'm disappointed in this whole process. NewLeaf is taking advantage of homeowners and BBB is not protecting the consumers. It's sad very sad.

I bought a new home from new leaf homes since 2019. Almost a year later, I saw it has so many cracks on the bricks and the front of the driveway and in the garage too. Also the gas stove is not working right, because when I turn it to high, and it turn to low not as high it use to be. Then I try to call the new leaf homes seller at the office, they told me during a Covid right now, they can came to check it since 2020. I understand, and I wait until it getting better. I too am filing a complaint about unfulfilled warranty request. For my first warranty request the response was completed in a timely manner. I submitted my second warranty request on 5 November 2021. I received an automatic response from their warranty system. I closed on my home 30 November 2020. I have tried to reached the NewLeaf *********** and ******************* by phone and no answer. If possible would give no stars. Since purchasing our home with outstanding items that needed repair from day one, we have never been able to get a response to have the issues addressed. We had a major roof design issue that caused rain water to pass into the garage and collapsed the roof. They did the roof repair, but has never completed the interior work. I have been in my house since June 2021 and it's impossible to get anyone to fix imperfections and issues after move in. I have cracked cabinets, uneven paint throughout the house, missing door swept, and many other things. The crappy wood fence with over 20 cracked boards. Don't waste your time calling or talking to the on site supervisor. DO NOT close on your with any outstanding work.
