This company has the worst customer service we ever had. we bought this house in july 2022. Before the closing date, we walked through the house for inspection. We marked several defects/ bad workmanship. The builder told us to close the house at the title company and they would fix all discrepancies. We believed in them, so we closed the loan. I purchased a home from New Leaf Homes over one year ago. I submitted multiple warranty claims which they have ignored and not repaired/replaced. I have called and emailed with no response. My next action is to file a small claims suit.
This builder horrible . We ************ 1 week saw is new tree lay on top water line . Is will be ********* to pipeline in year later . We make simple request to move tree for us but they say had to be before closing. So when we move just file that problem is horrible. Please dont Buy home from them
We are extremely HAPPY with the service we received from New Leaf Homes From the start of choosing our floor plan to the last day at signing for our Home. I definitely recommend. New Leaf Homes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family and I signed a contract in October 2021, our house was ready in February 2023, I finally had the house I dreamed of for my children, it is not a secret that the covid affected many companies and Newleaf was no exception, until now the few inconveniences that I have had in the house have been solved quickly, both the super in the subdivision and the seller **** have always been willing to help, I would definitely not hesitate to buy another house with Newleaf Homes,

I purchased my NewLeaf home November 2019. Started the process with ******* money January 2019. I should've ran away when they first laid the foundation. I was one of the first houses in the neighborhood and specifically picked my location based on where the sun would set on my bedroom/living room windows and patio. I come to the property, excited to see the progress couple months later, and the foundation layout is opposite of what the sales person told me. The lack of communication is horrible. Save your time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have been trying to contact them since April and have got no reponse.
Im glad its revoked!!! We signed a contract with them and 3 weeks before we were to move in our home **** their sales rep cancelled the contract! He did this to **** the house up 100k and sell it to some unsuspecting buyer for the greed of money!!! This company is TERRIBLE!! they would promise us amenities and then NOT deliver! They never wanted to be held accountable for their slow building and refused to let us speak to ANY management! Do NOT spend any money with them. They caused us nothing but stress!
