I was referred by my PCP for an abnormality she found on my lab work and wanted a hematologist to evaluate. Every single person I dealt with from the front desk to Dr. Eckenrode was just wonderful. I was impressed with this physician who was very personable and took a great deal of time explaining everything in great detail but in a manner easily understood. Staff is amazing every time! Great attitude, friendly, super considerate of your needs , always making sure your comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Front desk is ruder than most I have encountered. Have called numerous times to be seen and am always treated with total disrespect.
