Awesome food, friendly staff and very nice location.
Be very, very careful with Newland Communities. When communities are almost built out, very questionable decisions are made about selling property and developing things that have absolutely no business being developed in residential communities. Anyone new to Houston, only buy in areas that are completely built out. And don’t buy in communities, such as Newland, where you are locked into only ONE provider for things such as internet, security or cable. We greatly request the purchase of our home in a Newland Community.
