First time eating there it was amazing
Newks always has fresh crispy salads and yummy soups. And their service is speedy and everyone on the staff is polite and friendly and welcoming. I love coming here and also love that I can come spur of the moment, like today, and never have to stand an a 12 person queue to order.
Newks is underrated but theyv have really good deals if you want to try their food without spending too much
I hate that the food is so good, because the service has been consistently terrible. Our office orders from here regularly for large groups, and almost every single order has had some kind of issue - missing items, missing add-ons we paid for, or entire orders being swapped with someone else’s. At first, we tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was due to being busy or possibly DoorDash errors.
