Took our precious cat for regular checkup - by the end of the day she was dead, killed by this incompetent group of vets. I am a physician and my inquiries were answered with such disrespect and falsehoods. Additionally, they refused to drop charges in excess of $500.00. If you do not love your pet - this is the place to go, otherwise Stay away as far as you can ...
Jake just had 5 tumors removed .. dr newkird did an excellent job .. Thank god for his assistant Lisa who always calms me down .. Took very good care of jake .. Hard worker always busy .. I took my ferret to Dr. Newkirk today in the Margate office, this is my third time with one of the ferrets. He was honest and compassionate. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Each and every time I have called for an appointment they have seen me the same day. I have called other places that "take exotics" such as Popcorn Park Zoo, and told it would be a 2 week wait for an appointment. They have done the best for each one of my little furries. I will always continue to go to Newkirk and am switching the cats over as well... read more
