Long story short, horrible experience from the front desk who told me to put my dog on the scale myself to the dr who didn’t really acknowledge the little dog in his exam room to doing a procedure on my dog that was performed incorrectly 2 weeks prior and still charged me for the visit! I had just moved in this area and was looking to find a good d veterinary office. Would never go back and hope no one else would either! Very disappointed.
I want to thank Dr Newkirk and his staff they have been so wonderful to me and my cats through the years. Unfortunately I lost my last kitty Boardwalk Betsy last night. They made the transition easier for me I want to thank them so much for comforting me at my time of need thank you guys so much
Took my cat there because he was vomiting after eating. They charged over $500 in tests only to recommend I buy their expense food. When I said I wanted to shop around and look into different foods for Him they got very nasty and made me sign a paper saying that I was not going to follow the doctors recommendation. Very bad attitudes would not recommend.
have been using Doc for many years and I believe he and the staff have extended the lives of my furry kids. They are always there for my phone calls and getting me through the tough times. Thanks to all
