Personal Touch I like the fact that I'm treated as a person and not just a patient. I appreciated that in my medical file you had also noted my child's age. It was a nice touch being asked how he's doing and even nicer to being given a toothbrush to take home for him in addition to one for me.

Spent 2 hrs. patiently optimizing the bite and teeth allignment of my jaw. There appears to be an improvement in my ability to chew more evenly.

Appointments are always on time, the personnel are hi-tech, and complete in every detail. No one seems hurried, they always take time to do everything right. Also, I've never been persuaded to get services I didn't want or need. I trust them completely.
