I had a really disappointing experience with this nail salon. The first time I came in as a walk-in, I waited over an hour just to be helped. I still decided to give them another chance because Kathy told me it would be much better if I made an appointment. So I scheduled a confirmed appointment for 2:00 PM, expecting to finally be seen on time. Instead, when I arrived, Kathy took other clients before me, even though I had an appointment. I never leave reviews which should tell you how bad the service was. They didn’t do the design that I asked for. They didn’t wear gloves. The place is also filthy. All my nails came out different as far as shape, design and symmetry.
