So I applied for an apt and it’s going on 3 weeks now without so much as a response stating anything. I had believed that approved or denied the apt would call to provide such details, or at least have the info ready when I call for update, but here when I called, the manager stated the owner of apt would pick and I might not have been chosen, but if we were they would let us know and if we weren’t then we should just “expect not receiving a call as our answer.” As if we don’t deserve an answer as to why we would have been d... read more
The manager will make an appointment to show you a potential rental then completely stand you up. No phone call, no warning, not answering the phone either. Just rude. Imagine how they treat their tenants!
Horrible. The manager is the maintenance man as well. My partner & I wait to long for maintenance work to be done & most of the time we do it ourselves. We have already spent money into the apartment to fix things that are not our faults. If we can't afford to fix the wear & tear in this apartment then we wait many months for it to be fix. We have homeless people pissing by our front doors & drunk people puking in our parking lots & the residents are the ones forced to clean it up because nothing gets done about it.
