This was a very poor experience. I had my hardwood refinished. The floors had a slight wave, where the sanding was uneven, but you wouldn't notice it with furniture. They fixed a really bad spot in the floors that I was very happy with as well. It is everything else that was a poor experience. They did not use tape, so every spindle on the stairs and molding has 1inch of stain. When I tried to address this issue, it was ignored. Very attentive to my issues and flexible in timing. Pricing? Outstanding! Service? Even better. Do not waste time with competitors, these guys did 1300 sq ft for 1/2 price and half the time (about 2 hours) with 2x the result of the big name national guys. Could not be more pleased.

The 2 men were professional, friendly and courteous. They understood our needs and they educated us on how they will do the work agreed on. They were realistic about the possibility not all stains may come out, which we really appreciated. I don't appreciate overselling services. The stains did come out, and we are so pleased with the final appearance and the respect they had for our belongings. We will certainly use them again and recommend them for your cleaning needs too.

Kent came out in April to take a look at our dirty carpets. We have two large dogs that just recently got out of puppy-hood and two younger kids so the carpet had gotten very dirty over the past year. Kent was honest in his assessment. He's not sales-y at all. We ended up replacing the carpet and Kent took care of that too (but only after we asked him about that possibility). He didn't try to sell us on anything that wasn't needed.
