Location is fine. Got an appointment and the receptionist was helpful with directions. I went in because I have been dealing with extreme fatigue. My ferritin levels tested at 30. (had to log in with lifelabs as the doctor didn’t call me.) never got prescribed iron pills or told to get some supplements to help me. Iron levels of 30 is the threshold of deficit and patients should be told to seek or receive treatment at this level. Considering I went in for fatigue - I expected a phone call and guidance.

I went there a couple weeks ago with sudden right flank pain causing nausea. The doctor took a urine sample only after I suggested it and said he would send it off for culture and he never sent it off. He tapped my back and says yup probably kidney stones which a later ultrasound confirmed it was not. I am not sure the “doctor” was even licensed. It’ was the most bizarre and pointless doctors appointment I have ever had in my life. Don’t recommend anyone going there.
It is up to the team at this clinic to tell the patient both the use and risks of prescriptions. I started to not feel good and upon my own research found that I was putting myself in danger. It is not up to the patient to figure this out. Do better.
I had a horrible experience here. First they called me and told a doctor is there and she is willing to accept me. Then I went there and thanked her for accepting me , then she said hold on I still didn’t accept you , and she needs to review my details. So I asked her if I get sick and i come back to you will you treat me , she told she isn’t sure. Then I asked her why she needs my information then , she told me if I matched with clinic’s requirements and hers she will take me as a patient also she is there on trial based . ... read more
