Having a very hard time reaching anybody by phone
This clinic front desk staff are professional, so friendly and very welcoming. Their help is noticeable be it a query over the phone call, booking appointments or in person at the clinic. Thank you so much Amy(Amandeep Kaur), and Mae Britanico for your understanding, and support every time I come to this clinic especially yesterday when I was in pain. Your help is much appreciated.
The way patients are treated at this clinic is unacceptable. The staff were disrespectful, unprofessional, and did not seem to care about patients' concerns. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this clinic.
Newer clinic, lots of walk-in booking available. I was able to book the same day. And a real bonus is the attach pharmacy, 5 minutes for my prescription... If even that. Very friendly people. Fast and efficient.
Please answer the phone. Multiple times I had to spam call 8 times in a row. Communication is an expectation.
