Nice place , not good customer service. No smiles from anyone or any greetings. My husband went for his appointment today and they were not kind to him whatsoever he arrived 6 minutes early , and were acting like he was an hour late … didn’t even bother to take him in for his appointment so he left. Maybe train your staff better , it’s such a convientent place for people and could use people who are more social
I had a very good experience at NewGen Medical Clinic. They have been very helpful with my health, and I really appreciate their care and support. The people at the front desk are so nice, friendly, and welcoming, and they make everyone feel comfortable and treated with kindness. The pharmacy staff are also very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend NewGen Medical Clinic to everyone looking for caring and helpful healthcare services.
