I needed to get a doctors note super fast (same day) and Bianca at NewGen was able to fit me in to her busy schedule and provided incredible information both confirming my diagnosis of hand foot and mouth disease and even gave me suggestions on how to recover faster and supplements to take. I was able to help my friends go through the disease a lot faster then I do by passing on the info so she doesn’t realize how many people she actually helped from her one meeting. Very thankful for her.
I found Newgen on TikTok, yes social media. I was indeed very skeptical, but the video I saw of her I was drawn in and wanted to give her a try, it felt safe! I have been going to Bianca at Newgen to help me get started on Zepbound for weight loss. I did a subscription of bi monthly weigh ins using the Starfit app for weight, muscle mass, BMI, etc. I love the printouts to monitor my progress. She has been available to me even after no longer doing my monthly subscription. With her help I have lost 18 lbs in 20 weeks, which is a great pace (not too fast).
Dr. Carroll and her staff are phenomenal. The front desk is always welcoming, and the appointments are consistently timely. Dr. Carroll genuinely listens to all my concerns, explains my diagnosis in a way I could easily understand, and I never feel rushed through the visit. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
